Irwin Mitchell has had enquiries from passengers on a vehicle being used as part of their holiday with Absolute Africa in Rwanda. The vehicle was involved in an accident on 6 October 2007 when it was driven off the edge of a cliff while going round a bend, falling a distance of around 30 metres. A number of passengers sustained serious injuries and enquiries have related to the possibility of making a claim for damages for the injuries sustained.
