Irwin Mitchell strengthens Real Estate team with Jane Sinclair appointment

Irwin Mitchell has appointed commercial property specialist Jane Sinclair as a Legal Director in its Real Estate team, based in the firm’s Brighton office.

Jane advises clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, as well as landlord and tenant matters.

She has particular expertise in property development work, including the negotiation and grant of option and promotion agreements for the residential development of vacant land.

Her appointment further strengthens Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate offering as the firm continues to support clients on a broad range of commercial property and development matters.
