Irwin Mitchell Facilitates £8.7m Development Loan For New St. George's Hill Mansion

The Real Estate team at law firm Irwin Mitchell has played a pivotal role in facilitating an £8.7 million development loan for the construction of a luxury new-build mansion on the prestigious St. George’s Hill Estate.

The loan, provided by specialist prime property finance company CapitalRise, marks a significant milestone in the development of the exclusive 12,700 sq.ft. property.

CapitalRise has provided a bespoke debt financing solution enabling the developer to complete the project located within the exclusive 964 acres gated community in Weybridge, Surrey.

The legal due diligence was completed by Ayesha Hasan, Head of London Real Estate, and Kate Siggers, Associate Solicitor, both of Irwin Mitchell.
