The Grant - Nurturing Individuals And Teams

There are 12 million people with disabilities in the UK but only one in six takes part in sport regularly, which is something we want to change as part of our Don’t Quit, Do It campaign.

Our work with clients following serious injury has shown us time and time again the enormous impact that sports can have, helping individuals achieve their potential in an environment that is both fun and challenging.

We’re proud of our partnerships with Paralympic star Hannah Cockroft, England Amputee Football Association, Boccia England and a whole host of individuals, clubs and charities up and down the country.

They reflect our commitment to supporting not just our clients in their rehabilitation, but also the community as a whole. Our goal is to promote the profile of disability sports across the country and make it something that everyone can be part of.

This grant is open to both individuals and organisations involved in disability sports. It can be used for anything that supports inclusion and participation in these sports, including:

  • Sports equipment
  • Team kit
  • Competition entry

Any individuals or groups applying must operate on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the community, and must have been active in disability sports for at least six months.
