On 15 January 2010 a Piper PA-31P Navajo set off from Oxford-Kidlington (England).  At approximately 2:12pm, shortly after take-off, the US manufactured aircraft which was owned by Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc crashed in Bladon, Oxford.  It is reported that the pilot may have died while at the controls meaning the passenger, a qualified pilot, was unable to recover control of the aircraft.  Irwin Mitchell Aviation Law is representing the family of the passenger tragically killed in this accident.
