Myah is a paralegal in our Banking and Finance and Corporate teams, based in our Birmingham office.
She works with borrowers, banks, alternative lenders, sellers and buyers on both regional and national levels. Myah has a range of experience across various financing and corporate matters, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, private M&A and reorganisations.
Key Highlights
Myah’s recent experience includes:
- Acting for a UK based travel business on its acquisition by a credit fund.
- Acting for ThinCats in relation to its participation in two sponsor backed acquisition financings of a large parking management firm and a group of companies within the fire and security industry.
- Acting for ThinCats in relation to its participation in an acquisition financing of an accountancy firm.
- Acting for Gravity Fitness Limited to secure c£30m funding.
- Providing banking and corporate support regarding the acquisition of Lexon UK Holdings and Asurex Limited by Bestway Group subsidiary Well Pharmacy.
