Q: What notable cases have you worked on?

I have supported fee earners on a successful Occupiers Liability claim against a retail trade store that went to trial. I have supported fee earners on a successful clinical negligence claim involving a client who suffered from Functional Neurological Disorder as a result of the negligent treatment received whilst an inpatient in NHS care.

Q: How do you help your clients achieve the best outcome?

I support clients and family members of clients who have sustained serious polytrauma injuries during road traffic collisions or workplace accidents.

Q: What can I expect from my first meeting with you?

I attend remote, in person or telephone meetings with my clients. I will listen to your circumstances, ask questions and provide as much guidance as possible to ensure you leave our initial meeting understanding the claims process and how Irwin Mitchell may be able to support you.
