I am an associate solicitor within Irwin Mitchell’s Restructuring and Insolvency team. I advise clients in a range of insolvency matters including liquidation (both compulsory and voluntary), administration and bankruptcy matters.

I particularly enjoy acting on non-contentious matters and have significant experience in dealing with the appointment of administrators and the sale of an insolvent entity’s business and assets.
