I act for lenders and borrowers on non-contentious finance transactions including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate investment and development finance and general corporate banking. I regularly advise on off-shore lending structures and complex intercreditor arrangements.

I have considerable experience in the automotive finance sector having acted for a number of established and start up providers of wholesale stock finance and ancillary products.

I also act for lenders, businesses and creditors in distressed situations advising on restructuring, work out solutions and enforcement options.
