Irwin Mitchell’s London Employment team has been recognised in the latest Doyle’s Guide 2026 rankings, with the firm listed as a ‘Recommended’ firm in the London tables for both Employer Representation and Employee & Union Representation.

The independent legal directory also recognised three Irwin Mitchell lawyers in its 2026 London individual rankings.

Shah Qureshi is ranked as ‘Leading’ for London Employee & Union Representation, moving up from Recommended in the previous year’s listings. He heads Irwin Mitchell’s Employment and Professional Discipline team in London and is known for advising executives and professionals, including on discrimination and whistleblowing matters.

Deborah Casale is Recommended in the 2026 London Employee & Union Representation category, appearing in the London rankings for the first time. She advises senior executives and directors on whistleblowing, discrimination and high value settlement negotiations and has significant experience supporting clients in financial services.

Sybille Steiner is also newly recognised in the London rankings, Recommended in the Employer Representation category. She leads Irwin Mitchell’s International Employment work and supports UK and international businesses across the full spectrum of employment matters, including cross border and German/UK issues.

Elaine Huttley, Partner and National Head of Employment at Irwin Mitchell, said:

“Being recognised in Doyle’s Guide is a strong endorsement of the work our London team delivers day in, day out for both employers and individuals. It’s particularly pleasing to see the firm ranked across both representation categories, and to have Shah, Deborah and Sybille recognised individually for their expertise and client service.”

This update covers the London listings. Further Doyle’s Guide 2026 results for other regions and Irwin Mitchell offices will be announced as they are published.
