Biography
Zubeda regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law and has a keen interest in litigious work particularly in the employment tribunal.
Zubeda has over 6 years’ experience in defending unfair dismissal and various discrimination claims. She has advised and represented a range of clients including charities, dental practices, NHS trusts, ambulance services and commercial businesses through the tribunal process.
She is also regularly involved in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements both pre-termination and during the tribunal process. She also advises on day-to-day employment queries including internal management processes including disciplinaries and grievances, sickness management, redundancies, and drafting employment documentation.
