Biography
I am a paralegal in the Court of Protection team, and I am based in the Leeds office. I have a wealth of experience assisting higher grade fee earners with the seamless management of high value deputyships and trusts. I enjoy helping others and I always seek to ensure our clients wishes and feelings are heard. My biggest goal is to make sure our clients live fulfilling lives. I also have extensive experience in health and welfare litigation proceedings concerning s16 and s21A of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and wills and probate matters. I have completed both parts of the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (integrating a Masters of Law), and I am well on my way to qualifying as a solicitor.
