Biography
I am a Solicitor in the Serious Injury Polytrauma Team in Leeds. I act for clients who have sustained serious or complex injuries following Road Traffic Accidents, Accidents at Work, Occupiers liability and public liability claims.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
I like working at Irwin Mitchell as we have such a broad depth of knowledge and expertise to be able to assist our clients. Colleagues work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and provide a supportive environment to work in.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
I find it incredibly rewarding to assist clients who have suffered serious injuries, by helping them to secure financial compensation and rehabilitation. I enjoy building a rapport with clients so that they feel supported in both their journey to recovery and in pursuing a legal claim.
What inspired you to get into law?
I was inspired to get into Law after studying it at A-level. I found it to be an interesting area and decided to study Law at University. I studied at the University of Leeds and did a year of study in Canberra, Australia.
What do you do away from the office?
Away from the office, I'll often be found in the kitchen cooking or baking. I also enjoy reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
