Biography

I am a solicitor specialising in commercial property disputes, acting for a wide range of landlords, asset managers, developers, syndicates, SMEs and private clients. I work within a team that spans both Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation, allowing me to deliver commercially focused, strategic advice throughout the full lifecycle of property-related matters — from initial instruction and risk assessment through to contested litigation when required.

My practice covers all aspects of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including both opposed and unopposed lease renewals, as well as complex issues involving break notices, dilapidations, service charge disputes, breaches of covenant, and possession claims. I also have experience advising on adverse possession, boundary issues, party wall matters, rights to light and rights of way.

Known for my clear, pragmatic advice, I focus on helping clients achieve their commercial objectives efficiently and strategically. I build strong, trusted relationships with my clients to ensure I am someone they can turn to for a trusted opinion on any matter, small or large.
