I've worked on some of the most complex and high-value cases in this area, such as the much-publicised Cape Verde litigation, which includes hundreds of holidaymakers who stayed at the Riu Palace Santa Maria. I’m also acting for hundreds of clients who have experienced serious illness at hotels in Egypt, some of whom have been left with permanent debilitating complications.

I have significant experience in the appeal courts including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Most recently, the Supreme Court judgment in my case of Griffiths v TUI UK Ltd [2023] UKSC 48 has set a landmark precedent on expert evidence in civil litigation. It established an important precedent on how expert evidence can be challenged in personal injury claims, helping to ensure cases are decided fairly.

Each of my cases is different, and each of my clients receives a tailored approach to their circumstances. I combine early case strategy with meticulous evidence gathering to present each of my clients’ cases in the strongest possible way.

I also refer clients to our in-house support teams, who can see that their needs are met both during their claim and after it’s settled. This could be through rehabilitation, help with finances, or emotional support.

Throughout, I strive to provide clear, supportive guidance so that my clients feel informed, confident, and focused on their recovery while I pursue the best possible outcome.
