Nicky Tattal
Biography
I am a Solicitor in the Employment team, based in the Birmingham office. I specialise in advising businesses and individuals on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
I provide advice on all areas of employment law, including:
- Settlement agreements
- Contract and policy reviews
- Discrimination, harassment and victimisation
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Ad hoc advice on HR related matters such as disciplinary and grievance matters.
Key highlights
- I deliver employment tribunal training and training on a variety of employment topics tailored towards junior HR professionals.
- I am keen to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal industry and I am currently a mentor for Aspiring Solicitors. I also sit on the Birmingham Solicitors’ Group Committee as a CSR Officer.
