Nick Jennings

Nick has a broad range of experience acting for both lenders and borrowers across a range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including leveraged financing, acquisition financing, and real estate financing deals.

Nick has also previously completed a secondment within the transaction execution department of a large UK high street bank.

Nick’s recent experience includes:

• Advising a large UK aviation company on the £75,000,000 refinancing of its debt facilities, structured a listed loan note. 2Excel Ready For Take-Off After Securing New Financing Deal
• Acting for HSBC UK Bank Plc in relation to the refinancing of various facilities which it had made available to an international recruitment business across a number of jurisdictions.
• Advising HSBC on a term facilities agreement which it made available to a large garden centre operator for the purposes of refinancing the group's existing facility and to finance the acquisition of a number of new sites.
