Biography
I advise a range of Employer clients (including SMEs, charities and education establishments) on defending employment tribunal litigation, drafting contracts and policies, and managing day to day employment issues such grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and sickness absence.
I also advise individuals on settlement agreements, day to day employment issues and bringing employment tribunal claims.
In addition, I run a HR futures group in the north bringing HR junior and emerging professionals together and keeping them up to date on current legal issues.
