Biography
Melody is a Banking and Finance solicitor, based in our London office, with a comprehensive practice that spans real estate finance, corporate finance, private equity and leveraged acquisition finance. Melody adeptly represents both lenders and borrowers, ensuring that each transaction is executed with precision and expertise.
Melody holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Law and Finance from China. She furthered her education with a master’s degree from the University of Manchester, followed by completing her GDL and LPC at BPP University. Melody is fluent in Chinese and English and has basic proficiency in German and French.
In addition to her work in London, Melody extends her expertise to the Manchester area, providing seamless support across regions. She is also an integral part of our French Desk and China Desk, contributing to the firm’s international initiatives and supporting our global clientele.
