Biography
I primarily specialise in road traffic accident cases and accidents which take place on property or land owned by someone else.
In addition, I am responsible for the initial contact for the departments varied enquires, from industrial accidents and serious injuries to medical negligence.
I have worked for Irwin Mitchell Scotland for 10 years. For the past 5 years, I have worked within the Serious Injury and Medical Negligence department.
What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?
The people! I am very lucky to work with such well respected individuals who are passionate, experienced and dedicated. My team in Glasgow are very supportive of each other and we strive to deliver excellent client service whilst securing the best possible outcome for our clients.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
Building relationships with clients who require our support and empathy when they are facing difficult and challenging times in their lives. When you are able to then make a difference by securing the best possible outcome for them is very rewarding.
What inspired you to get into law?
I was interested in law from a young age. My father was a police officer and he inspired me to continue my pursuit in law.
What do you do away from the office?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling and keeping fit.
