I am a solicitor in the Private Client Dispute Resolution team, based out of Irwin Mitchell's Birmingham office. I specialise in private client disputes and litigation, including:

• Claims for reasonable financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Disputes concerning the administration of a trust or an estate
• Allegations of maladministration against a trustee or personal representative of an estate
• Disputes about the validity of a Will or its proper interpretation
• Professional negligence claims arising from wills, trusts and estate administration.
