Chambers and Partners
As a partner in the Serious Injury team, I completely appreciate that coming to terms with a life-changing injury can feel overwhelming. You may be facing uncertainty about your recovery, your future, and how best to support yourself or your loved ones. My role is to guide you through this difficult time with clarity and compassion while maintaining a clear focus on what matters most to you.
I manage a varied caseload of complex, high-value claims, working closely with clients from the earliest stages of their claim through to settlement.

I work with adults, children and families whose lives have been affected by serious injury, particularly traumatic brain injuries and other complex catastrophic injuries, involving spinal injuries and orthopaedic injuries.
I help clients secure the rehabilitation, care and financial support they need, while providing clear, compassionate advice throughout the legal process.
Every case is notable to me because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to my clients' lives. I particularly enjoy taking over complex cases and achieving outcomes that have a transformative impact.
For example, one of my clients who had sustained a brain injury initially had their claim valued at around £100,000. I was ultimately able to secure them a settlement of £9.7 million, providing financial security and access to lifelong care and rehabilitation. Achieving life-changing outcomes like this is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
I believe achieving the best outcome starts with really understanding my client, their story, and what matters most to them. I take the time to build strong relationships with clients and their families, guide them through every stage of the legal process, and ensure they have access to the rehabilitation and support they need as early as possible.
Every case is unique, so I work closely with leading experts to build the strongest possible evidence and present a clear picture of how the injury has affected my client's life, both now and in the future. My focus is always on securing the resources, care and financial security my clients need to rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence.
I also refer my clients to our in-house support teams, who make sure their practical and emotional needs are cared for while their claim is ongoing. This could include rehabilitation, securing means-tested benefits, or emotional support.
Wherever possible, I work to secure interim payments for my clients. These are early compensation payments that can be used to fund treatment and supplement lost earnings ahead of the claim being settled.
I can meet with you at home, in hospital, at one of our offices or remotely. Our first meeting is an opportunity for me to understand what has happened, how your injuries have affected your life and what support you may need.
I'll explain the legal process in clear, straightforward terms, answer any questions you have and discuss the next steps.
My aim is to make the process as easy as possible, so you can focus on your recovery while I focus on your claim.
