Biography
I support businesses, organisations and the education sector on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including advising on handling disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures and drafting contracts, handbooks and settlement agreements. I work on litigation cases in the Employment Tribunal, including carrying out advocacy (I am a member of the Irwin Mitchell Advocacy Unit) and negotiating settlements.
I also advise senior executives by reviewing contracts of employment and advising on their rights during employment, such as in relation to redundancy, grievance, disciplinary and capability proceedings. I speak French and I am a member of the Irwin Mitchell French Desk.
