Biography
Elise has a broad experience covering all aspects of commercial property work. Historically, Elise has had a particular focus on landlord and tenant work, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting corporate restructures and refinancing deals with a real estate element
- Working with Administrators, Trustees in Bankruptcy and Liquidators on transactional insolvency matters.
Elise joined Irwin Mitchell in the development team of the Real Estate department. She works closely with Tina Webster to broaden her skills in option agreements, conditional contracts, overage deeds and promotion agreements.
Elise is a triple Olympian with two Olympic Bronze medals for rowing (Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008).
