Charley is a solicitor in our Banking and Finance team, based in our Leeds office.
Charley assists the team in advising banks, funders and borrowers on real estate finance and corporate banking transactions. He regularly advises HSBC UK Bank plc and ThinCats.
Key Highlights
Charley’s recent experience includes:
- Advising ThinCats on multiple bolt-on acquisitions through a £3.8 million loan facility to Charlton Baker Limited.
- Advising Gravity Fitness Limited to secure up to £30m funding to continue their growth.
- Advising ThinCats on funding to an employee-owned company specialising in concrete and ground remediation.
- Advising ThinCats on funding the management buyout of a specialist contracting company.
