5* Trustpilot review

I am a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser with over five years' experience in personal tax. I manage a portfolio of more than 100 clients, providing tailored advice and support across a wide range of personal tax matters, as well as preparing and submitting their annual Self-Assessment tax returns and more recently, assisting with Making Tax Digital submissions.

My areas of expertise include Capital Gains Tax, particularly in relation to property transactions, where I help clients understand the tax implications of selling, gifting or transferring property. I also specialise in the tax reporting for deceased individuals and estates, supporting executors through what can often be a complex and sensitive process.

    More about Cerys

Most of my clients are individuals with investment portfolios, rental properties or other sources of income that require them to submit a Self Assessment tax return. I support them with understanding their tax obligations, preparing their annual tax returns and ensuring they remain compliant with HMRC requirements.

I also advise a wide range of clients on Capital Gains Tax matters. This can include individuals looking to transfer property to family members, separating spouses who need to dispose of their interest in a jointly owned property, or clients purchasing additional properties who want to understand the potential tax implications of future disposals and details of possible reliefs.

In addition, I work closely with executors following a bereavement, helping them navigate the tax system and ensuring that all reporting obligations relating to the deceased individual's estate and lifetime affairs are completed accurately and on time. I appreciate that this can be a difficult period for families, so I aim to provide clear, practical advice and support throughout the process.
