Q: What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?

It is both challenging and rewarding to work with clients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Their own determination to seek justice not only for themselves but for anyone else exposed to asbestos is a constant source of inspiration and serves as a reminder of how important our work is.

Q: What do you do away from the office?

I am usually found reading, I love anything fantasy themed! I spend a lot of time enjoying time with my friends and family, there's always a project we are working on.

I am CILEX Advanced Paralegal who supports the team in the conduct of asbestos related disease claims. I work closely with individuals diagnosed with illnesses arising from negligent asbestos exposure during their former employment.

I am currently undertaking studies to qualify as a CILEX Lawyer and I am also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

What do you like about working at Irwin Mitchell?

What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?

What inspired you to get into law?

I initially started off in an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing straight after my A-Levels. However, after a couple of years I joined Irwin Mitchell working as an administrator, and initially I worked across multiple teams across Personal Injury. Very quickly I was introduced to the importance of the work completed by all Personal Injury teams and what the successful outcomes meant to our clients. After only a year with the Asbestos & Occupational Disease team in my role as an administrator and litigation assistant, I began my CILEX Studies.
