Evening To Consider Development Of Pro Bono
Michael Napier, the chairman of national law firm Irwin Mitchell, has been confirmed as a speaker at an event being held on 5th October at Coutts Bank on the Strand, London.
A former President of the Law Society, Mr Napier is set to discuss the important role that pro bono activities have in legal services across the UK and internationally.
He is likely to touch upon his experience as the Attorney General’s pro bono envoy, which has seen him advise on and coordinate a range of activities related to the area both domestically and across the world.
As well as Mr Napier’s speech, the evening is also expected to feature reports on a number of developments which have taken place in the world of pro bono, as well as an update on the performance of the National Pro Bono Centre across its first year.
Senior figures from across the legal sector are set to attend the event, alongside experts and specialists in the field of pro bono work and the coordination of related legal services.
