We’ve appointed a new partner to our Family Law team.
Top-ranked lawyer Zahra Pabani joins us from Shakespeare Martineau, and will divide her time between our Birmingham and London offices. She has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on family and divorce law.
With an interest in helping clients to protect their wealth, Zahra has particular expertise in acting for professionals and high-net-worth clients on protecting their personal and business assets before and after relationship breakdown. With a proven track record in and out of the courtroom, Zahra also brings expertise in collaborative law.
Her broad network and strong opinions mean she’s no stranger to the camera. She’ll continue to raise awareness of the most important issues facing her clients.
Zahra joins the highly regarded national Family Law team, which has enjoyed many successes in recent years.
Two of our Birmingham-based partners, Clare Wiseman and Sarah Balfour, were both involved with cutting-edge cases in the Court of Appeal in 2018 with separate cases, Brack v Brack and Hart v Hart respectively. The team recently won the Private Client – Excellence in Client Service award at the 2019 Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards.
In London, the Family Law team welcomed partner Toby Hales from Seddons in January 2019, with four lawyers promoted to senior associate shortly afterwards. The latest Legal 500 rankings describe Toby as ‘a highly skilled lawyer’.
