Irwin Mitchell employment lawyers recognised in Spear's 2026 rankings

Irwin Mitchell is celebrating further recognition for its private wealth and employment expertise after two of its lawyers were included in the latest Spear's Employment Lawyers Index 2025, a ranking of leading advisers to senior executives, wealth managers and family offices. 

Shah Qureshi, Partner and Head of Employment and Professional Discipline in London, and fellow Partner Deborah Casale were recognised as leaders in the field by the guide.

Published by Spear's, the annual index highlights employment lawyers trusted by high net worth individuals, senior executives and family offices to advise on complex workplace disputes, regulatory investigations, discrimination claims and career transitions. 

Shah Qureshi has led Irwin Mitchell's London employment practice since 2018 and is recognised for his work advising senior executives, professionals and regulated individuals on employment, discrimination and professional discipline matters. His clients include individuals working in multinational banks, accountancy firms and other professional services businesses. 

Deborah Casale was recognised for her expertise advising clients in the financial services sector and on a broad range of employment law issues affecting senior professionals and executives.
