Annual promotions showcase Irwin Mitchell’s strength in depth across the UK

Irwin Mitchell has announced its latest annual promotions with 100 colleagues moving up to Associate, Senior Associate, Legal Director and Partner roles across the business.
Six new fixed share Partners cover business, private client, medical negligence and personal injury law while a further six colleagues are making the step up to become full equity Partners.
Three quarters of the newly promoted Partners and equity Partners originally trained at Irwin Mitchell highlighting the firm’s strong track-record in career development and progression with individuals able to build experience, capability and leadership within the business.
The new fixed share Partners are: Ailsa Anderson (Commercial Dispute Resolution), Sarah Swann (Real Estate), Rosie Charlton (Medical Negligence), Laura Colville and Yousafa Hazara (Private Client Advisory), and Kate Nicklin (Serious Injury).
The new full equity Partners are: Katie Byrne (Commercial Dispute Resolution), Laura Daly, Samuel Hill and Leena Savjani (Medical Negligence), Sarah Balfour (Family Law), and Rachael Aram (Serious Injury).
Completing the promotions round: 16 colleagues will become Legal Directors; 41 colleagues are promoted to Associate and 31 will become Senior Associates.

The promotions are active from 1st May.
