Irwin Mitchell Advises Lhasa on Acquisition of Spektra Consultoria

Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate team has advised Lhasa Limited, parent company of Consult Lhasa, on its acquisition of Brazil-based toxicology consultancy, Spektra Consultoria.

The transaction further strengthens Lhasa’s presence in Latin America and, in particular, will enable the group to provide greater value to Brazilian based clients.

Gavin Maddison and Henry Thompson from Irwin Mitchell acted for Lhasa Limited on the acquisition. Veirano Advogados provided legal counsel in Brazil and Forvis Mazars were engaged on financial due diligence.
