Henry Thompson

I am an Associate Solicitor in the corporate department, based in Leeds.

I work on a broad range of corporate matters including complex M&A, investments, group re-organisations and general board advisory work. My clients include founders, institutionally backed corporates, owned-managed business and mid-large family businesses.

I am known for balancing attention to detail with pragmatism and prioritising the key strategic risks for clients. I have a particular enthusiasm for building long term client relationships and supporting businesses throughout their life cycle. In addition, I have a particular interest in the life sciences sector, including both already mature businesses of scale and growing businesses that are attracting investment.
