Biography
I'm an associate solicitor in Irwin Mitchell's corporate team, based in Leeds. My practice includes a broad range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, investments, group re-organisations, and general corporate advisory mandates.
I'm known for balancing attention to detail with prioritising the key strategic risk points for clients. I've a particular enthusiasm for long term client relationships and supporting businesses through their life cycle. In addition, I have a non-exclusive interest in life sciences, especially pharmaceutical clients and clients with an appetite for growth and expansion in that sector.
