Irwin Mitchell’s Insolvency Team One Of The Busiest According To Respected Litigation Analysing Business

Irwin Mitchell has been ranked as one of the most active firms in the UK in relation to insolvency claims, according to Solomonic, the UK’s leading analytics platform.

Solomonic has released its latest review of commercial litigation in the High Court in 2023. The report explores the dynamics on over 7,500 newly issued claims, and more than 2,050 law firms that were instructed throughout the year.  

According to its list of top insolvency law firms by volume, Irwin Mitchell was placed fourth with 164 claims.
