Irwin Mitchell Advises On The Latest Deal For Fast-Growing Midlands Firm

Nottingham-headquartered Phenna Group partners with a range of independent testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) businesses across a variety of sectors, and has completed its latest acquisition of CELTEST.

Formed in 1980, CELTEST is an independent UKAS ISO 17025 accredited quality materials testing business, based out of North Wales.

Its range of services includes testing aggregates, soils, water, bituminous materials, concrete and hydraulically bound mixtures both in-situ and in their UKAS accredited laboratories for any construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or quarrying project.
