Leading Lender Supports Growth At LuxuryCare And Total Integrated Solutions
The Banking & Finance team at law firm Irwin Mitchell has advised ThinCats, the leading alternative lender to mid-sized SMEs, on two multi-million pound funding packages.
ThinCats is providing a £7.6m funding package for care home provider, LuxuryCare, and has also confirmed it has agreed a £3.4m facility for Total Integrated Solutions Limited.
Based in Poole and Bournemouth, LuxuryCare operates five purpose-built care homes. The homes provide 290 beds, offering a range of services including residential, dementia and nursing.
On this transaction ThinCats were supported by Irwin Mitchell Banking & Finance partner, Paddy Sturman and Dan Campbell. Total Integrated Solutions designs, installs, maintains and services integrated safety and security solutions across a broad range of sectors including retirement villages and further education. Over the past nine years, shareholder and chief executive James Twigg, has guided the business through a phase of rapid expansion following a successful expansion of the technical capability of the business.
Backed by Key Capital Partners, the Mansfield-based company’s growth strategy will be underpinned by investment in marketing and sales resource and bolt on acquisitions.
On this deal, ThinCats were again advised by Irwin Mitchell Banking & Finance partner Paddy Sturman who was supported by colleagues Nick Jennings and Aaron Tones.
