Promotions Across Group Services As Well As Business and Personal Areas Of LawIrwin Mitchell has promoted 90 people to Associate and Senior Associate roles across its legal and group services teams.
On the legal side of the business the promotions include 73 solicitors, paralegals and legal executives; while the 11 non-lawyers include people within HR, Finance and Marketing.
There are also six promotions for people working at the wider Irwin Mitchell Group companies Ascent and IM Asset Management which are financial business regulated by the FCA.
Associate roles account for 55 of the promotions with the remaining 35 becoming Senior Associates. Female employees make up 62 per cent of the promotions.
The promotions include people from 11 different offices and work from home staff highlighting the growth in popularity of flexible working options at Irwin Mitchell.
