

Irwin Mitchell’s Corporate Team Advises On Transaction
Warwick-based food business, Unique Catering & Management Services Limited, has been bought by leading facilities management company, Servest.
Unique Catering & Management Services Limited provide a range of services including staff restaurant catering, client hospitality and vending machines, to a host of well-known national organisations.
Unique Catering & Management Services Limited’s managing director and sole shareholder Dave Needham was advised on the sale by Irwin Mitchell Corporate partners, Nick Dawson from the firm’s Birmingham office and Adam Kaucher from the Manchester office.
Following completion of the deal, Dave Needham continues in his current role with the support, investment and expertise of the Atalian Service Group.

The new owner recently announced that it has merged with international facilities services company, Atalian, to form Atalian Servest. The new organisation has a turnover of €3 billion, employs more than 125,000 people worldwide and operates in 33 countries across four continents.
