Irwin Mitchell Advises On Deal
The Caravan and Motorhome Club has announced its second deal so far in 2018 with the acquisition of Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park.
Purchased for an undisclosed figure, the Bingham Grange Touring & Camping Park adds to the organisation’s network of award winning sites on the South Coast of England.
Located in Dorset and just a few miles from West Bay and Bridport seaside towns, the site has 105 pitches for touring caravans and an additional 37 pitches for tents.
The popular touring park overlooks an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is conveniently located for exploring the Jurassic Coast from Lyme Regis to Weymouth & Portland.
Founded in 1907 as the Caravan Club, the organisation is based in West Sussex and provides its members with access to over 3,000 locations in the UK and Europe. Earlier this year, the Club acquired Cayton Village Caravan and Motorhome Club site, which is located three miles from Scarborough.
The Caravan and Motorhome Club was advised on both deals by the Gatwick office of Irwin Mitchell.
