Counselling Support
One of the biggest challenges of legal issues is the emotional toll it can take on you.

Things you might want to get help with
We’re huge proponents of looking after your wellbeing during these times. So when you use one of our lawyers, you will get four free counselling sessions with our in-house expert, Vicky Lambert.
You never need a “reason” to get counselling. But some common situations where people need it the most are:
- Domestic abuse or managing past trauma
- A new relationship, new baby, or a separation
- Co-operating or co-parenting with an ex-partner
- Sudden gain or loss of wealth, fame, or success
- Bereavement – whether recent or a long time ago
- Changes or a breakdown within families or relationships
- Having to care for or handle affairs on behalf of someone else
- Significant changes in personal or professional circumstances
- Preparing for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or court proceedings
- Personal challenges to do with low self-esteem, shame, depression, or anxiety.
Whatever your situation, what you talk about will be kept completely confidential – including from your solicitor.
