Crisis: Our National Charity Partner

Working together to end homelessness
Our partnership with Crisis reflects our shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a safe, secure and fulfilling future. Built on values of dignity, care and outcome-focused support, this multi-year partnership is a commitment to helping to create lasting change across the UK.
About Crisis
Across the UK, nearly 300,000 families and individuals in England are facing the terrifying reality of homelessness. That's why we are partnering with Crisis to help end homelessness for good.
Crisis is the UK's national charity for people experiencing homelessness. They work directly with people to help them leave homelessness behind for good through housing, employment, education and wellbeing support. They also campaign for the changes needed to prevent homelessness from happening in the first place and to ensure everyone has a safe, secure home.
Alongside its frontline services, Crisis campaigns for long-term solutions to homelessness, working to influence policy, challenge perceptions and create lasting change.
Through this combined approach, Crisis supports people to access housing, develop skills, improve wellbeing and build more secure futures.
Our partnership objectives
1. Fund frontline homelessness support services
Our fundraising will help Crisis deliver rapid, practical support where it’s needed most - including initial advice and guidance - so more people can move out of homelessness and build stable, independent lives. Our aim is to raise £250,000 for Crisis, by May 2027, which could enable Crisis to provide these services to over 800 people experiencing homelessness.
2. Share skills and build capability
We’ll explore opportunities to share our expertise and resources to support Crisis colleagues and volunteers. This includes improving digital access and skills, and helping more people access advice, training and opportunities. Find out how we’re recycling our old IT equipment to help Crisis fund this work.
3. Inspire action and raise awareness
We’ll help colleagues and our wider stakeholders to better understand the causes of homelessness, challenge stigma, and support positive change across the UK.
