Biography

As a Court of Protection Paralegal, I manage the daily operations of Deputyship and Trust files, with a particular emphasis on cases involving clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. My role involves assisting with legal matters for individuals who lack the mental capacity to make their own decisions. This includes managing finances, liaising with clients, and ensuring their best interests are always represented.

Working in this field is incredibly rewarding. We support vulnerable individuals who may not be able to advocate for themselves, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support. Witnessing positive outcomes for my clients is fulfilling, as our work genuinely impacts their lives.

We frequently collaborate with clients, their families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure decisions are made in the clients’ best interests. This often involves navigating complex legal processes and providing continuous support and guidance. The true satisfaction comes from knowing that my efforts help improve the quality of life for those who need it most.
