I have appeared in reported cases at every level up to and including the Court of Appeal. My high-profile appellate work includes the landmark decision of Brack v Brack [2018] EWCA Civ 2862, a case centred on international pre-nuptial, financial and drafting issues, and the often-cited authority of Kingdon v Kingdon as well as DB v PB [2016] EWHC 3431 (Fam) in the High Court.
