Clare Wiseman

Clare is a Partner based in our South Coast Family team with national, regional and international clients, having joined Irwin Mitchell as a Partner in 2015, she has over 30 years' experience in family law matters. Clare specialises in all aspects of family law and leads our international family team dealing with international issues, both in relation to finance and children.

She’s a member of Resolution and Reunite (the leading UK charity specialising in child abduction) and deals with abduction and international relocation cases.
