Biography
I am an Associate Solicitor in Manchester in the Workplace Injury Team. I have over 12 years experience specialising in claims for people who have developed asbestos related illnesses such as mesothelioma, asbestos related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
I have a great deal of experience in running claims in the Cheshire area and have helped a wide range of people to secure compensation. I am passionate about the work that I do and aim to provide clients with the best possible service and support.
What inspired you to get into law?
I went into the law because I wanted to be able to help people and make a positive difference to their lives. It’s possibly the oldest line in the book, but very true for those of us in this area of law.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
The thing that I enjoy most about my job is meeting people and hearing their life stories. We have the privilege of meeting some wonderful people at what is a very difficult time. To be able to help in any way is hugely rewarding.

What do you do away from the office?
I have a son and daughter who keep me busy with various sporting activities at weekends. I also enjoy spin classes and jogging - which is just as well given my love of home-baking!
