I have specialised in the recovery of legal costs since 2014 and qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2018. I also lead a team of 8 costs professionals.
I do undertake all aspects of the costs litigation process from preparing Bills of Costs, negotiations with the paying parties, preparing Points of Reply and progressing matters to both Provisional and Detailed Assessment.
Myself and my team also specialises in Group Action claims mostly of a travel litigation nature and we have vast experience of costing claims with a large number of Clients.
