Based in the Sheffield office, I commonly work on cases of probate process issues, inheritance tax and Probate Registry applications for Grants of Representation. I have over a decade of experience in this field. My speciality is dealing with complex applications to the Probate Registry such those involving less-usual family circumstances, international jurisdictions (and related documents) and missing legal documentation.
