Biography

I have been advising across the full range of pensions issues since qualifying in 1992 and have particular expertise advising large, multi-employer schemes with public sector legacy issues.

I have extensive experience of industry-wide schemes, including schemes in the water, energy, transportation and banking sectors, both from an employer and trustee perspective.

In addition, I have advised employers and trustees on admission, exiting and termination of sections within defined benefit master trusts.

I am a joint author of Tolley’s Pensions Law and a consulting editor for LexisNexis PSL.
