Biography
I am an Associate Solicitor in the Family team, based in Birmingham. I work in all areas of family law, with a particular focus on Fertility Law - including surrogacy and adoption, both domestic and international.
I also have a lot of experience with high net worth divorce/financial remedy matters and disputes regarding child arrangements. I advise clients and guide them through very personal aspects of their lives, making sure they feel supported and informed.
What Inspired You To Get Into Law?
I love learning and understanding how and why things happen the way they do. My family always commented on my ability to form my own opinion on everything, and I would never accept what I was told unless there was evidence to back it up. To their annoyance, this got me out of a lot of things I didn’t want to do. It also inspired me to become a lawyer. This, combined with my inability to stop talking makes family law a perfect fit for me!

What Is The Most Rewarding Aspect Of Your Role?
Within the Fertility Sector, the most rewarding part of my role is helping others fulfil their dream of becoming parents - their happiness is infectious and it is a privilege to be even a small part of that journey.
For other family law matters, the clients are the most rewarding part.
What Do You Do Away From The Office?
I have a young family so time away from the office is spent with them, going on walks and taking the children to various activities and clubs.
