
Biography
Stefano is an associate solicitor in our national planning and environmental team, advising on all aspects of environmental law.
He is experienced in providing legal advice on:
- Contaminated lands
- Statutory nuisance
- Environmental permitting
- Waste and asbestos legislation
- Renewable energies
- Investigations by the Environment Agency and Local Authorities concerning environmental offences.
He also provides support to the corporate and real estate departments on transactional work concerning planning and environmental due diligence.
He’s dual-qualified as a solicitor in the United Kingdom and as a lawyer in Peru, where he practised law for about 7 years. In his home country, he specialised in providing legal advice on environmental matters for the development of large-scale investment projects in the natural resources sector. This helped him develop a particular expertise in assisting on all stages of environmental impact assessment processes.
As additional skills, he is experienced in working with multidisciplinary teams of sustainability experts and he’s a native Spanish speaker.
