Biography

Shanice is a paralegal and paralegal team leader in our Banking and Finance team, based in our Birmingham office.

Shanice works closely with borrowers, banks, and alternative lenders across both regional and national platforms. She brings a wealth of experience in diverse financing and corporate matters, such as acquisition financing and real estate financing.

Shanice is also progressing towards qualifying as a solicitor via the SQE route.

  • Provided support for a large UK aviation company on the £75,000,000 refinancing of its debt facilities
  • Supported on the banking element of Aerospares 2000’s merger with Sentry Aerospace Corporation.
  • Provided banking support to Knights Pharmacy on the acquisition of the Cecil Jones Pharmacy Group.
  • Supported Worldnet, a logistics firm catering to the fashion and luxury industries, on its acquisition of Italian firm, Delivery By Express (DBE).
  • Provided TMT banking and corporate support onLexon UK Holdings and Asurex Limitedon its sale to Bestway Group subsidiary Well Pharmacy.
